ABOUT ALL CONNECTED & INTEGRATIVE LIFE COACHING . . . .

In summer 2006, I created All Connected: Integrative Life Coaching. After many years working in the clinical setting assisting patients to achieve optimum health, I decided to broaden my skill base and become certified in life coaching.  This profession exemplifies my life purpose, which is helping people to lead happy and healthy lives.  My mission is to help my clients embrace vibrant health and a nourished and self-directed life.  I feel fortunate to work with people who have this intention.  Clients who are committed to living authentically, trusting themselves, their hopes and desires are courageous people.  It is a privilege for me to assist them as they create the life of their dreams.

I believe that we are healthy in spirit, mind and body when we are open and available to meaningful connection with ourselves, the Earth, the Divine, and each other.  For me, "The Divine" is the source of nourishing inspiration that helps me to be the best person that I can be.  With this guidance and support, and that of my own life coach, I hope to embrace my highest potential.  This same support is there for all who are determined to lead a happy and fulfilling life.

The name of the business came to me on a hike.  As I walked, I asked for help and within 15 minutes, I received the answer . . . "All Connected" . . . That moment was as powerful as the beautiful early evening light in the mountains of northwestern Wyoming and will remain in my memory forever.
